Whether you own or rent, live in a house, townhome or apartment, there was something for everyone at the 2025 Washington State Evergreen Spring Home Show.
One of Snohomish County’s premier home shows, the Washington State Evergreen Spring Home Show featured a wide range of exhibits and businesses for the home, from fun to practical and with an emphasis on local. For fun, there were exhibitors like Sew ‘n’ Spuds, who offered one-of-a-kind wall art made from vintage burlap potato sacks, meticulously hand embroidered like tapestry to give the art a 3D effect. Metal art by Kay showcased whimsical metal garden art in brightly painted colors, from yellow sunflowers to a metal pink pig riding a bicycle.
For the practical, there were home remodelers like PVD Remodel & Construction, which showcased examples of its custom cabinetry, custom woodwork and kitchen remodels. Building planners (a design certification akin to architects) such as Will Thomas Designs showcased examples of his old home style seamless additions that look like they were always part of the original house as well as his aging in place designs that incorporate low cost features. There were sunrooms from Sunrooms Northwest, kitchen transformation experts such as Sound Finish, which specializes in refinishing dated cabinets with paint, and roofing experts such as Nordic Roofing. Complementing the exhibits were daily seminars by local experts on a variety of home improvement topics, including flooring and decking, as well as a presentation on how to make your Spring Garden Pop by Cisco Morris.
