Get a Head Start on Spring and Summer with these Locally Made Pre-cast Concrete Pools

Although it is still January, it’s never too soon for homeowners to start planning home improvement projects to make the warmer months ahead more enjoyable.  One of the more unique ones we’ve found recently are these locally made pre-cast concrete pools.

Designed and made by Vessel Pools of Washington, these pools are both beautiful as well as sustainably built, featuring a unique design that is ideally suited for the Pacific Northwest.  Different from traditional pools, which have a shallow and deep end,  these are “plunge pools" that have a compact footprint and all one depth ranging from 4 to 5 feet - an ideal depth for swimming and “plunging.”  Because of the compact design and the depth, these pools are more economical to heat than traditional pools, allowing us here in the Pacific Northwest to start pool season earlier and delay pool closing later without breaking the bank on heating costs.

Vessel Pools come in a standard rectangular design measuring 8 ½  by 17 feet, with a depth of approximately 5 feet. You can configure a larger rectangular or L-shaped pool by combining additional units.  The pools feature a variety of gorgeous non-slip finishes.  Or, you have the option to create your own glass mosaic finish, either choosing from Vessel Pool’s curated mosaic tile collections (which Vessell pools will ship to you), or creating your own tile design.

A basic pool, including standard interior finish, pool light, skimmer and plumbing fixtures, can be ready to ship in as little as four weeks.  You will need to have a contractor onsite to complete the installation.  Vessel Pools can recommend one for you from their network of building partners.
